I everyone :) I?m from portugal and i?m thinking on going to DR ( first time ) in the second anda third week of september! But i have read in some sites that from June-to-September is the hurricane season!I would like to know your master :) opinions about the weather in DR in September! Should i go ? :)

Hurricane season is from May to November. So what? Doesn't matter.

Go to the North Shore: Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Sosua. You will not be bothered even IF one happens to pass by.

The odds are certainly in your favor, no matter where you go...These are rare occurences...

It is like saying I can't go to Portugal because maybe there will be a revolution??

Come on and enjoy a great vacation...
