I have a friend visiting us that is in on a diet and eats voracious amounts of rice cakes at home. Since she has been here, she has exhausted her stash of rice cakes and is currently suffering from withdrawal. Since we can't locate any rice cakes in the Cabarete area (can't recall if I've seen them in Santiago, STGO either), she is considering a switch to Casabe, but fears a hidden fat/calorie penalty. Does anyone know the fat/calorie content of Casabe in both the normal and garlic variety? Thanks in advance for any info.
