where to rent cheap motorcycle ?

I am coming into the Republic from Haiti (throuhg Dajabon) where will it be the cheapest and best to rent a motorcycle on the way north. My flight will probably leave from Santiago or Puerto plata.
How much should it cost ?
Any recomendations on places to visit and cheap accomodations on the way ? (Already been to Cabarete by the way).

I've had good luck renting motos in Sosua. Figure about $20 US a day by the week...$25-30 for shorter periods.

Always inspect for safety first!

Samana and Las Terrenas also have moto rentals.

Not that helpful getting there

I think he wants something after crossing at Darajbon to get to Sosua, vs. when he arrives.

god! - they're that high? our rental car only costs $27 US, including taxes!
