We are trying to get in touch with anyone who traveled on Allegro Airlines and encountered food poisoning. Specifically, if you traveled on April 22, Allegro Flight #46, coming from Punta Cana via Baltimore to Philadelphia International Airport. If it wasn't specific to that flight, any information you have may be beneficial to us. You can drop us a email at 4baker@msn.com Your information is greatly appreciated.

If your'e reference is to United States Citizens as oppossed to Americans (I assume you are American, being Canadian?), they are not looking at a "class action," but a civil tort if they suffered damages due to an act by another.

A class action requires far differebt criteria and is seldom used to correct a situation such as a single incident of food poisoning.

A class action would be a suit such as the one against Dow Corning (Silocone implants)

Before you "Canadians" start criticising others, try and get yoyur facts and nationalities correct.
