I haven't been here for awhile. I am still looking for info on my uncle. His name was Luis Alfredo Torres. I received some info from different people, but my daughter deleted the messages. If the three people who responded would respond again, I would be truly appreciative. Please help me. One told me about my uncle's compatriot who was murdered as well.
