Once again I find myself leaving another thread...yet the information gained here is excellent.
The couple that we are travelling with has two young boys, 9 and 11, and we realize that there is a "dress code" for the gentlemen when attending a-la-carte restaraunts, the question asked by Sandra being....
Do the boys have a dress code?
I am sure that casual shorts (nothing wild of course) would be sufficiant for them, but I could be wrong, there-fore the thread!
Once again, thanking you in advance for your consideration, and comments.

I don't have kids, so have never thought about this before. I have stayed many times at the Gran Ventana (which is also in Playa Dorada) but I don't think I've ever seen any kids in any of the a la carte restaurants. Maybe they are adults only? Just a thought, as I don't really know. Casual shorts are fine for them in the main buffet restaurant though.

The AI where we stayed last year required long pants for men at night and collared shirt. There were a few children there and the boys wore long pants. Dockers would be fine.
