When is the the last day to get a license plate fo a car if it starts with AA.... I heard 10th of November, and for cars after AE.... 30th of November. Anybody that can confirm this?

Just got it...

Thanks!! true 15th, before it waas 30th I heard...change it backwards...that is mart. AMET is going to have new objects to hunt..

The 5th try and then it worked I got it!!...bribed a lawyer (200 pesos) to stand in line and wait (6 hours)...

NOW I HAVE IT. There is a God.
