advice on where to buy land around $10000

does anyone have advise on where i could purchase land for and up to $16000 within 10-15 minutes drive of sosua/cabarete areas. My criteria is a safe/ peaceful neighbourhood

Lomas Mironas in Sosua has lots in the 20k range with Tennis, street lights, gated with security, underground electric and cable included.

I used Ina at Century21 Juan Perdomo in Sosua to buy 2 of them.
