Even with all of the rain lately I don't think we've had but maybe one day where the sun didn't shine at all. Although today is looking like another one. Usually it seems the peak time for the showers is after sunset and before sunrise. There is a new tropical system forming to the southwest that is headed this way so the prospect of more rain looms on the horizon. (See the links on the main Weather & Beyond page for updates)
We had about 3/4" more rain overnight here. Lots of sun all day yesterday. Rained on and off all night. Today is cloudy and grey with heavy clouds and the ocean looks rough from here and the surf pounding the shore is loud!
