real estate in Barahona

Hello DR1's,

I am looking for any information conserning real state in Barahona; ex: condos or house prices.
I already have some properties in SD. which are rented but will like to invest in Barahona. Unfortunatelly I live outside of the country but am planing to go to DR. in March.

Hi Aidan;

I'd posted the same question a few days back. What part of Barahona are you from, if from there?.

I am from there (Palo Alto to be exact), but have been out for the past 31 years. You think you can do me a favor when you go there and email me some info on real estate in the area, I am planning to go for the first time sometime next year, but would like to get a heads up on what things are like, I would very much appreciate that.

Hello rpagan0203,

I am not from barahona never been there although am Dominican living outside, I have heard that it's a good place to invest now.
Hoping to visit on my next trip. I will keep you posted. Meanwhile if you find some information please let me know.
