Referring to the current economic situation and the high price of gasoline, a newspaper quotes Grullon of Banco Popular, as doing his part doing this time of crisis: He says,"ya yo nada m?s ando con dos yipetas no con tres??, expres? el banquero." With sacrificies like this coming from the Dominican elite, the country should overcome its difficulties with no problems. THINK NOT.

The next question is who received the sacrificial offering? His chauffeur?

That kinds of statement brings a lot of questions to mind such as

1. What business is it of ours?
2. Did you really think we (the general public) are interested?
3. Are you trying to convince us that your bank is financially sound when it fact it might not be by bragging on your personal austerity?
4. Did you sell all three "old" Toyota SUVs and buy two new Lexus ones?
5. Where are your vehicles insured?
6. If you are referring to the price of gas, were you actually using all three SUVs at once in a motorcade or something?
7. Are you two remaining SUV's diesel?
8. Why would I even waste my time wondering about this?

What do they say? A closed mouth catches no flies.

Some of these "business people" really lack intelligent PR people...
