No, why should they?
Only when these days come during the week, on, like Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays do they get moved. By Constitutional Law, May 16th is Voting Day so it is never moved around, no matter when it falls.
This year, May 16th, falls just 3 months before His Baldness leaves office..and perhaps sets up residence in Najayo?
