Hola!
I am getting tired from beach life and going to move from Boca Chica to SD.
Are there any places where it is possible to rent serviced apartment for few weeks in Santo Domingo?
(I prefer Av. Churchill, Av.Lincoln area)

I do not know if it is useful to you, but I have a free room in my apt located in the areas you are looking for.

I am looking for a regular roommate right now, but meanwhile I could rent the free room for a couple of weeks if you want to.

Studios to rent

We rent out studios to foreigners. The rent includes the costs for electricity, water and cable TV. A washing machine may be used by the tenants.
The studios are located in Ciudad Nueva, within 5 minutes walking distance to the Colonial Zone. Although it is not located exactly in the area you mentioned it is a centrally located residential and safe area.
