Are rentals for body boards, boats, snorkeling gear etc negotiable? I know that everything probably is, but I haven't seen this mentioned. For example, in BC an hour for a paddle boat/small sailboat is quoted $25 us...which i'm guessing is way high. So a good range of costs would help me out.
