I can't help but think that hippo has been playing with a deck of cards up his sleeve, how he managed to convince the US and European Union not to send Election monitors is beyond my reasoning, I'm amazed to how this numb nuts could come up with a flawless and brilliant plan to keep his feet ontop the Presidential desk, what could he had possibly offered in exchange for an extra term? Samana? Naaahhh they tried that one already and got busted, La Saona? too small to fit a chain of casinos, a couple hundred soldiers rotating in Iraq? they got that already for a few outdated M-16's, Jesus... A piece of the pie from the Baninter loot!!!!
If Hippo wins and all the individuals are released without charges on the Baninter fraud, This will be the best work of art of any Political party in the annals of the Dominican history.
