I hear it's relatively cheap to get a diving certificate in the DR. What is the cost? Are there courses in the Puerto Plata area? I will be going to the Flamenco Beach in August.
about 55US for a single dive in sosua this has some of the best diving if you want to do a certified course this will be about $300 US Sea Pro are very good but be sure you want the extras like Vidio etc as they are not to everyones taste, Best dives are without Vidio's and you will love it.
