I know this is difficult to estimate, but, roughly, how often and for how long is there no power in Santo Domingo? That is, is the power usually down once a day for an hour, three times a day for 3 hours a clip, or what? I know the situation is better now because of the election, but what do you think it will be like afterwards?

Power in our sector (Julieta) hasn't gone down for at least 2 weeks.
But the situation can change between sectors. Nobody can say how long and when the power will go. It's all very random!

The government is living off borrowed money to pay for the electric.
It's the run up to the elections, so they can say how good they are and have solved the problem.

I hope people are not that stupid and I'm betting we will have more problems after the elections.
