Had a great time in Cabarete

First of all thanks for everybody's info about D.R. It helped alot. I had a great time in Cabarete and the Estrella Del Mar is a great hotel to stay in. I did havesome problems about the water being cold in the shower but after callling them and bothering the staff I finally got the problem resolved on the 2nd day.
I was looking to have fun and we went to a Disco in Sosua on my first night there. While it was cool and I danced with various women, you have to be careful cause the hookers will try to grab you out the door. The people here in Cabarete are friendly and even though my Spanish isn't good I ended up hooking u with one of the ladies who work at the place. She was cool but she did give me signs of her wanting to come to the US so I left that topic out of our conversations. I mad so many friends here and plan on coming back in June or July.
They had a Spring Break party weekend and it was a blast. The rum is good, the people are friendly, and the beach is nice.

Cabarete

Stay at Club Azzarro.The hotel treats you well and across the street ar the drug store sells everything you want to purchase (calling cards, soap, deodorant, condoms minus the Magnums :ermm: ...Check out club Bamboo which is on the beach or on the same road as Azzarro. Try the disco in Sosua....all the places in Sosua are good. I brought back Cuban cigars and was suprised i brought them back cause I thought they were Dominican and I know they are illegal to bring back so make sure you check what you buy.

also buy some mamajuana...it is a pretty good drink
