Cost of Presidente Beer?

I was looking in the Money Exchange Rate thread and saw that the current exchange rate is somewhere around RD$44-US1.00

My question is......How does that equate in beer?

How much does a Presidente cost? Peque?o and Grande.....Bars and Colmados? North Coast....South Coast
