You will find timeshares for sale at just about every resort. My wife and I own at Fun Royale/Fun Tropicale, which is located in Playa Dorada. We have used it for the past seven years and also have used a few of our weeks to exchange with RCI. Needless to say, we absoultely love our program. The key is to shop a bit and know before you attend a session just what you want, and what you are willing to pay. Some people really get into the negotiations process and try to squeeze every dime possible, while others are so happy with the resort that they buy at the first price that is mentioned. If you are happy paying the first offering, and think you got a good deal, then you got a good deal. If you like negotiating, then you will be able to work out a better deal. Others still will not buy at the resort, but will return home and look for something on the resale market.It's what ever fits your style. It's just that simple.
