Draco is the brains behind some of Ricky Martin's most successful songs. He remained mostly behind the scenes writing, but now Columbia records signed him to lead this new CD with songs in Spanish and English.
His music has a Ricky Martin style for slow songs, but with a certain barrio coolness. This guy also looks the part. He is sort of a Latino James Dean. He was in Santo Domingo promoting his new album and he will be heard from. His video for 'Mas y Mas' is the coolest video this year.
