The last I heard, it was closed down. Maybe it reopened.
Anyhow, it's a very nice resort and the snorkeling is great right there at their beach, but I didn't scuba, so I don't know if there are any good dives close by.
BTW: The food was great as well.

The hotel is under remodeling works. It will close from August to October for major improvements. Definitely, consider it if you will be coming November onwards. It is a place where the staff has been there for years, including the general manager Gary Hurtado (g.hurtado@codetel.net.do) and offer as personalized service as you can get from an all inclusive.
