Structural Steel fabrication

Does anyone know of a company or individual(s) who can fabricate a structural steel framing system?

I am looking to provide specifications to build a ?conservatory? type extension to an existing home.

The framing pieces would need to be DIY construction and engineered for hurricane and ?earthquake? resistance.
