business mail on North Coast?

from reading various threads, it seems as if business mail may be more cost efficient than EPS, at least until the new government officially is put in place! Does anybody know if there is a North Coast office in the Sosua CAbarete area? Phone number or contact info would be appreciated. I have the Santiago info already.
