The number is not correct, but the 1 + 809 is the Dominican Republic.

Missed the asterisks
I did not notice the asterisks, and thought that the phone number was too short. Sorry!

Look at the extreme right of the page, where it says "Env?o de mensajes." It looks like a cell phone. All you do is type in your message.
