Seems like virtually every airline from the US to R.D. has an excess baggage embargo. Does anyone have info on getting excess baggage on a flight to POP. I can get the three 70lb bags I'm bringing on a flight from the US west coast to San Juan P.R. but haven't been able to find an airline from there to POP that will take the excess baggage. Taino Airlines advertizes a flight in the yellow pages but doesn't offer it on their webpage. Thanks for any input.
