Golf Near IB Punta Cana

We have a large group going to the Iberostar Punta Cana...and we would really enjoy to get out and have at least one round of golf during our stay.

Anyone know of any links related to golf near-by this resort...or any opinions of the golf course(s) near this resort would be greatly appreciated.

Golfing Punta Cana

Jimmy,

I'm not much of a golfer, so to assist you I'll let some other people from Debbies Dominican Travel offer up their opinions of the campos de golf in the East / Punta Cana.

Note: Friends of mine have golfed the area and they like the Cocotal at the Melia Resorts which would be the nearest to the Iberostar.
