Try doing a search of this board where this topic has been answered before. To be able to legally practice in the DR you have to fulfill a series of requirements. Not impossible, but takes time and effort and knowing the language. You need to be granted an exequatur to practice by the Dominican governemnt.

It is a long process

If you want to email me I will point you in the right direction.

I appreciate the fact that you are requesting this information since I thoroughly detest those that are practicing medicine without a license, and there are quite a few of them. I do take time and effort to locate them and denounce them before the authorities.

There is lots of paperwork top be done.
If you are serious, start by having your entire CV, Med School degrees and course work translated by a legal translator and certified by a Dominican Consulate near you.

Later,

Papa HB
