I'm not familiar with Sosua or Santo D. Can anyone tell me if there are any good English language book shops in either place, or where one buys books?

As best as I know, there are no good English book stores in or around Sosua. You would stand a much better chance in Santo Domingo.jnirenberg said:I'm not familiar with Sosua or Santo D. Can anyone tell me if there are any good English language book shops in either place, or where one buys books?

Also any other bookstore that carries a book on any of those fellows or other important subject on DR.
Pm me, any help would be appreciated.
Also has anybody heard of General Gregorio Luper?n's publication entitled "El Destierro"? Is there a copy available, it was first published in 1875. Even though it's quite over 120 years old, I would like to know if Dominicans treasure books in National Archives as Americans do of the countries greatest National Heros.
