Whether it is or not i always see porn sites from every country, Brazil is one. Where in DR? A room or on the beach or hotel resort? I dont think it should be a problem but know the rules first ar least. Sorry i dont know.

P.S. What is the website? Can i guest star in it soon? LOL, Ive been looking into that industry.

I guess you will need all the normal legal requirements like in the USA. Model release, copies of ID, etc etc.

I'm guessing it's not illegal, but that doesn't mean you will not have problems.

Yeah..i would be careful...but i dont think that it is illegal. I know of one site that was using dominican models. (but the site wasnt based in the DR tho....but they were DEFINITELY using dominican models). A friend of mine posed for their site that is how i know this:)

I am advised (never seen this stuff as I am chaste and pure) that the DVD called "Luscious Latinas 9" as well as two of the series "Juan's Hot Latin Adventure" (or something like that) were filmed in Boca Chica, Santo Domingo and the North Shore, incuding AI resorts (which means they are good for something) . Had I seen the LL#9 DVD I'd have recognized the rooms they used, though because I don't look at that sort of thing, I can't say that.

I am also advised (never seen it) that they don't use condoms, so a search under "soon to be dead porno producers" might yield results.

I am also advised (never seen it ) that my old friend Ebony the Pool Girl is one of the actresses in LL#9, more's the pity not knowing that in 2000, including the fact she likes both genders.

So I'd say it can be done since it has been done.

I was advised that it was released in 2001...

I was advised that it was filmed in BOCO CHICA (maybe it's the same as Boca Chica) and...
