Looks like I might pickup a second house and little studio in the DR that I visited on my last trip. Currently have a house in Casa Linda, which I really enjoy. I am looking into Pro-Cab as an investment only. I toured the development a few times but was looking to get some feedback from owners as to what kind of climb of property value you have seen in your houses within ProCab. Also, about the flooding, is it just the street or some houses also get flooded? How is security there and is there monthly running costs for things such as security, garbage disposal, etc.. How good a rental is it there, I suspect it's pretty good because of its proximity to the beach.
Same kind of questions regarding Orilla del Mar from owners. Any potential of property value going up? I know running costs are $85USD, anything else I'm missing?
