hi,

anyone knows a good mesotherapy center/Dr in SD? , I have a friend who would like to try it instead of lipo ,

we have heard about "centro dominico-cubano", but don't know where is located

Suggest you stick to plastic surgeons that are part of the Dominican Society of Plastic Surgery. The society establishes high standards for their members.
