My husband and I are due to visit the DR in Nov/Dec and are wondering about taking advantage of the VIP lounge at the airport on our departure. Can anyone advise the cost and the advantages/disadvantages of doing this and also is this something done at the airport or can it be booked through the hotel/rep.
