How Will The U.s. Consulate In D.r. Take Into Consideration Of Issuing A Visa To Someone That Entered The U.s. Illegally, Accepted A Voluntary Departure And Returned To D.r. As Scheduled. Once They Return To D.r. I Will Be Petitioning (k-1 Fiancee Visa) For Them To Return To The U.s. Everything Has Been Cleared By The U.s. And As Long As They Return To D.r. As Scheduled It's Ok To Re-enter The U.s. I Am Just Concerned About What The U.s. Consulate Will Think When It's Time To Issue A Visa.
