Direct consular filing ?

Does anyone know if the U.S. consulate in D.R. allows direct consular filing in order to bring a new spouse to the U.S.? I understand that this is a quick method to get the new spouse to the U.S., as long as this particular U.S. consulate allows it.

No they don't!! You gotta do all the paperwork in the states!! You really want to talk to an immiagration lawyer.. He might just tell you about K7 visa bring over as a fiance she will be allowed a three month visa and must be married within those months if not she gotta return.. They say its the easiest way which in way it is but get ready for paperwork and its mainly on her they want to sure she healthy!! GOOD LUCK!!
