Atv's

I am moving to Cabarete next year and I want to buy a few cheap ATV's.
Does anybody know were I can buy them for a reasonable price in the DR.

I am also trying to import some ATV's out of China to the DR. How are the taxes on these vehicles when I ship them into the country?
