I am looking to rent a house in La Romana, but so far things are very difficult!

Anybody knows anybody who rents something? Could be an apartement too!

Can you indicate what kind of terms, price range, how big and how many rooms house you are trying to find?

Vital information

If you can tell us how many rooms you need, for how long it will be a big help. I know a few people that rent out villas and another person that can find you an apartment. All depends on the needs you may have.

I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house, not a villa or something big. Just a normal house. Price range about RD$ 7.500 a month, nothing fancy. Will be for at least a year. Thanks for your cooperation.

You wont find much for that perhaps a 2 or 3 bed appt at most In anycase almost all rentals are 6 month dollar contracts. It would be very unwise for any landlord to take out a peso contract now as it almost certain the peso will devalue next year.
