    Default A GED in DR

Is there a way for an adult in Santiago to get the equivalent of a high school diploma by preparing for the GED as we do in the United States? Do you know where that wouild be?

    Default No, there isn't

An adult can take the various exams required for a HS diploma, however, as a "free" student. Lots have done it.

So if my daughter in law is both a Citizen of the Dominican Republic and US citizen she can go to a HS in Santiago or education department building and take a test? What is a "free" student? THen can she go to Vocational school? Sounds as if goo jobs are difficult to come by. She is bilingual and a very quick learner with character. Any suggestions?
    Thank you for responding.
