I've recently moved to the D.C. area and need to find a relatively upscale Dominican hair salon. Can anyone recommend one for me?

Where in DC do you live? Are you around the Mt. Pleasant area? There is a Margo Hair Salon there.

Just found this post:

There is a new Dominican Beauty Salon in Baltimore, MD that just opened on July 9. The two owners are originally from Manuella's (one of them is Jossie). It is located off of Eastern Avenue at 428 Highland Avenue. The number is 410-342-9391. They are open 7 days per week.
