The Property center selling the whole building for 1.3million dollars as far as I can see ?
How can the other company then sell appartments sepparately in the same building ?

Simple.....neither one of the sellers owns the property!
Nothing new in this country!

Quite common for real estate companies to 'sell' property in order to find a buyer and once they have a buyer they go to the real owner and tell them about a deal they have for much lower money of course, and they try to pocket the difference.

I think I know the building. If they cannot sell it all at once they will condo it out to get their high price.

I understand that Scott, but think it's strange that they use two different companies for that. Would feel a bit uncomfortable bying one appartment here, knowing the whole building is for sale through another company.
