New AA ticketing office in santiago

I just saw what seems like a booth that American airlines is constructing on the 2nd floor of Plaza Internacional in santiago. The booth seem like a ticketing office and is almost finished. So it seems AA will have 2 ticketing offices in santiago.
I would like to know if delta will open up a ticketing office in santiago?

Sorry I can't help you there . I did some research and couldn't find anything but I do hope they are real Dominicans. ;)
