Are you talking about Dominican DREAM (www.dominicandream.org)? One of my personal favorites. Go to their website and donate all you can. Given the headlines today about lack of educational funding from the gov't here, we all need to chip in whenever and wherever we are able.

If you are talking about the DREAM Project they have an office in Cabarete and through Debbie's Dominican Fiesta Committee we have a drop off location in Puerto Plata and soon in Sosua for donations for both the DREAM Project and the Mustard Seed Community. You can learn about both these fine charities and the efforts of Debbie's Dominican Fiesta Committee at:

http://fiesta.webcentre.ca/donations.htm

You can contact the Fiesta committee at: webmaster@fiesta.webcentre.ca

If on the other hand you are talking about the Sosua Children's Association as per these websites:

www.artisan98.com/kidsfund.html

www.webdominicana.com/sosuakids-en.html

www.geocities.com/sosuakids

You can contact:
Barb Andersen
c/o Britannia Pub
13 Pedro Clisante
Sosua, RD
(809) 571-1959

Because they concentrate on providing school uniforms and basics to attend school, cash donations are usually more appropriate however I am sure they can find a use for just about anything.

Thank you for thinking of others.
