Default Mopeds in Sousa and Cabarete

I was just wondering if you could ride mopeds around Sousa and/or Cabarete with out any problem? I'm not talking about riding on the highways just riding around town.

Just remember one thing, if a car hits you, they are going as far away as they can.

The "highway" between Sosua-Cabarete is not a big highway... The mainstreets in both areas are very crowdy.. cars, people, gwa-gwas, motoconchos etc ets. Of course you can, but remember there are very few traffic rules followed and obeyed....

OK - what is worse than a Dominican on a moto or a moped? For me, it is a tourist on a moto or moped trying to drive like the Dominicans who are used to the conditions.

You need to be a very skilled experienced driver to survive the ordeal.
