There is one on the corner of Antera Mota/ Padre Castellano. The vendors stands right in this corner. It is just 50 min from Casa Nelson.
There is also a flowershop on Calle Luis Ginebra, but I think they have only plants.
Outside Supermercado Tropical they also sell flowers.

Does anyone know of the best flowershop in Nagua? I would like to be able to provide a stream of business to a reliable local store. Ideas?

Two other flowershops in Puerto Plata are:
Ideas en Flores - which is on the circle near the La Parrillada Restaurant.
Jardines de Jarabacoa which is within walking distance of Supermercado Tropical (heading toward the Policia Nacional station.)
The first does arrangements for hotels in the Playa Dorada and tends to be expensive. The second caters to Dominican clients.
