Chris, I see batteries for sale in Sosua, but don't know cost. I'll try to find out if somebody doesn't respond first with the information.

I saw Isabela the other day. She said she thought your battery was low. ;)

It depends a lot on the size, amperage and brand.
San Raphael Auto parts in Sosua Abajo is where I always buy them.
Should be less than 100 bucks.
