Apartments in Sosua/Caberettee ($200-$300)

Hi Guys,

Sorry I wasn't specific in my previous thread.

I looking for an apartment in either Sosua, Caberette or Charamico.

I'd prefer if the apartment was furnished (at least a bed), but this isn't necessary. Just let me know where I can purchase a bed.

And if possible a kitchen would be nice - but not necessary.

And it should have running water and electricity
(not just outlets but work at least 8 hours a day).

I'd prefer a location near a grocery store and transportation (e.g. moto).

And security would be nice.

Can anyone recommend a place within a price range of $200 - $300 a month?

If not, can you recommend a place outside the specified range? I'm flexible.

The real estate is Chris Baylis and he is really nice. I will stay for 3 months at Bella Vista apartments by mid-april. I bargained for 220US$ by month. It is a studio fully furnished.
