Peso went from aprox.28 to 1 yesterday,to 50 to 1 this am in Santo Domingo.Banks have delayed opening on orders of the Government! I'll keep you posted as the day goes on!!

An old friend who is a money changer on Calle del Sol in Santiago just called me and said things are gong crazy. He has changed more money already this morning than most months.

If you had just said

"30-something" instead of 50, you would have had me scrambling to check on it! I knew 50 was too good to be true. Not my first April fools joke today either so I was looking for it. It looks like you claimed a couple of victims anyway. ;)
