Hi, It's me again looking for Ideas, Links, Stories, Comments, and any help you might give me. I'm currently "Brainstorming" a proposal to present to an NGO for the development of a Juvenile Justice Improvement Project in the DR.
I've begun my research and have come across such institutions as The Supreme Court of Juvenile Justice within the Supreme Court and Law 14-94, but can't find too much info about it. I have most of the International Guidelines, Studies and recommendation reports, but it's hard to find info on the internet about the specifics of the Agencies involved in the DR, or those that might/should get involved. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance for any thoughts you might have, literature, news articles, etc. would be a great help.
