I am in the process of forming a "living trust" and need preliminary advise about declaring myself as "grantor", "beneficiary" and "trustee" where I have declared two others as co-trustees.

I have used the "Family Lawyer" prepared document for such, but have modified it somewhat. Additionally, I have used a "pass-through" Last Will and Testiment to automatically transfer all my assets to the Trust upon my demise.

Will a poster on DR1 who is familiar with such an arrangement please PM me with advise/information about the structure of such a document and can I also be grantor, beneficiary and primary trustee at the same time???

US Trusts etc.

Look up Suzie Orman on your computer. She sells a very inexpensive kit which I've used. You'll need a Notary and maybe a couple witnesses, but it works well. You are interested in the revocable trust.
