The best deals I found for tires for my truck was at the "Good Year" dealer in Santo Domingo.
I will post the phone number later today.

You might try

Manuel Arsenio Ure?a on 27 de Febrero. I have been buying tires from them for years and years. They balance all the tires they sell. And they are good folk.

There is a French guy that posts here that has a tire shop in S.D. Don't remember his handle but hopefully he will blow his own horn. Afterall, he IS French! (just kidding)

Sorry PJT, I promised to post the phone number of the Good Year dealer in Santo Domingo yesterday.
It is 531-5050, the address is 27th of Feb. # 565.
He is supplying Price Smart with tires, that's why he is cheaper than Price Smart.
